Existing cracks, old coatings, moisture, and wear all affect preparation. A sealer does not rebuild a failed surface. Photos help begin the conversation, but the final recommendation may require a site visit.

Ask which product is proposed, what preparation is included, and how long the area needs to stay unused. Weather and curing requirements affect the schedule. We confirm these details with your quote.
