01Clean without treating every board alike.
Weathered wood, painted boards, and composite decking respond differently to water and pressure. Tell us the manufacturer if you know it, plus any stain or coating already applied. Loose boards and failing finishes should be addressed before cleaning.
02Preparing for the next step.
If you plan to stain or seal, coordinate drying time and surface preparation with the product instructions. Washing is one part of that process. We will clarify whether your request is a maintenance clean or preparation for a separate refinishing project.
Can you clean composite decks?+
Tell us the brand and condition. We consider manufacturer guidance before choosing a cleaning method.
Does cleaning remove old stain?+
A maintenance wash is not a full stain-stripping service. Discuss the finish you want before work begins.
